Terms of Service.

Help By Agent provides AI-powered WhatsApp and voice agents, plus optional web design services, on a fixed-price basis after a free onboarding call. Specifications and pricing are agreed in writing per engagement.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Engagement starts only when both parties countersign a written scope of work. The submission of an inquiry form does not constitute a contract.

Ongoing services are billed monthly and can be cancelled at the end of any monthly billing cycle with no penalty.

You agree not to use our agents to send spam, run unlawful communications, or process data you do not have the right to process. We may suspend service for violations.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor and you as the controller (GDPR Art. 28). A Data Processing Agreement is provided on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your signed engagement letter. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
