When you submit the inquiry form, we collect:

• Your name, email, phone, and (optionally) company and website
• Your selections: service, industry, volume, timeline
• Technical metadata: referer, user agent, timestamp

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers by default. If we add any in the future, we'll ask for your consent first.

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and contact you about the service you requested. Legal basis under GDPR: Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in business communication).

Lead data is stored in our database (hosted in the EU). Email notifications are sent via Resend (US/EU). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Inquiry data: up to 24 months, then deleted. If we enter a contract, retention follows the contractual period plus statutory retention periods (e.g. 6–10 years for accounting records).

Under GDPR / UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
